Aravind's engineering counsel is grounded in over eight years of hands-on mechanical design experience across aerospace, robotics, defence electronics, and industrial automation. He has delivered precision-engineered hardware from concept through production at organizations including MDA Space (Canadarm3 / Lunar Gateway), General Dynamics, Attabotics, and Molex Canada—working across Calgary, Brampton, and Montreal on programs ranging from deep-space robotic interfaces to high-volume fulfillment systems. His applied focus on design-for-manufacturability has produced documented results: BOM cost reductions of up to 56%, maintenance cost savings of 92%, and piece-part cost reductions of 25–40% through disciplined DFM and first-principles engineering.
Aravind is fluent across the full mechanical design stack — parametric CAD in Creo, NX, SolidWorks, and CATIA; FEA in SimSolid and Simcenter Nastran; GD&T per ASME Y14.5; and structural compliance to CSA S16-19, AWS D1.1, ASME B56.1, and MIL-STD-810. He holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from Concordia University and is on course for professional engineer designation.

Mansa Devi brings process engineering expertise rooted in plant operations, process simulation, and safety-critical design—spanning hydrogen production, fertilizer manufacturing, and oil and gas applications. Her field and office experience includes process work on a hydrogen project at Sunlake Co. in Calgary, where she performed pump hydraulics, flare stack sizing, and line sizing calculations, contributed to HAZOP studies, and managed P&ID updates in compliance with ASME B31.3 and AER 060. Through disciplined value engineering on process documentation, she contributed to a 20% cost reduction on a chemical system deliverable. Earlier in her career at Madras Fertilizer Limited, she supported a major feedstock conversion from naphtha to RLNG—managing process simulations in Aspen HYSYS, validating PFDs and P&IDs for revamped units, and developing mass and energy balances and commissioning documentation for live plant equipment.
Mansa Devi is proficient across the process engineering toolset—Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, AutoCAD, DCS3000, and SAP S/4HANA—with academic grounding that includes quantitative risk assessment (LOPA), molecular dynamics simulation, and inflow performance modelling in MATLAB. She holds a master’s in petroleum engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered engineer-in-training with APEGA.
